Ontario Canada Trail Bloggers - Share Trail Insights and More!

Curious About the Southern Ontario Trail System?

In Southern Ontario Canada, there are several trails that people might enjoy exploring from the comfort of their home along with "Bushwhacker" "The Wife" and "Ranger". The blog 2oldguyswalking.wordpress.com was started in 2013 and is still going strong as "Bushwhacker" and his wife or his buddy "Ranger" explore trails that lie at the end of those no exit signs you see at the end of dead-end roads, as well as the official trail system and history of South-Central Ontario.

Canadian Bloggers Save Blogging Time Using Post Templates

Why Canadian Bloggers Use Post Templates

Canadian Bloggers save time on their blog posts by creating a post template. While creating a post template is optional,  it can save you hours of formatting, especially after you have a fairly solid idea of the format you want your posts to have.

  1. Select one of your posts that has a good layout.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow beside the editing pencil on the post.
  3. Choose the HTML symbol <>.
  4. Copy the  HTML code into a new post.

Why Do So Many Canadian Bloggers Use Grammar Checking Software?

Applying for Jobs? Writing Proposals to Potential Clients? Posting Online?

Many Canadian Bloggers use a grammar, and punctuation checking app to help them save time and even prevent lawsuits. Lawsuits?
You bet!
Did I ever tell you about the typo I once made that almost landed me in court?
It has to do with the letter "j" being beside the letter "h" on the keyboard and trying to get a story out fast on a village blog about an upcoming jam session. Yup! I accidentally typed "Check out the "ham" as the caption under a screenshot of the organizer on stage. He was furious!
Thanks to the grammar and spell-checking app I now use, I don't get into nearly so much hot water these days.
One other nice bonus is that as an editor the grammar checker I use can help me see if what has been sent to me is original - something very important for SEO.
Which app do I use?
Glad you asked.

Grammarly, how did I ever get along without this free app? I am so grateful for the free Grammarly app, especially when I'm tired. Do you find that your writing ability decreases when you're tired too?
Here's a little clip showing what Grammarly can do for you.
